  • Respond to incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a pleasant experience for each caller.
  • Assist with sales inquiries and promote company offerings when appropriate.
  • Handle bilingual communications effectively, particularly in Spanish and English.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

The Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism (OIM) is a division under the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador's Department of Immigration, Population Growth and Skills.

OIM assists skilled workers, international graduates and entrepreneurs in obtaining permanent residency in Canada via provincial immigration pathways - the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) and the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).
