  • Open new claims on the phone with clients and ensure immediate handling of the situation.
  • Gather versions of events from the insured and/or witnesses by interviewing them about the events.
  • Determine if the claim is covered or not by analyzing the coverage required to cover the claim.
  • Analyze the information obtained, make decisions that will be used to establish liability and review the assessment of damages. 
  • Settle the claim in a fair and reasonable manner, validate damages and complete payments.
