JOB SUMMARY

 The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping department, ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are impeccably clean and well-maintained. This position involves managing the housekeeping team, developing procedures, managing budgets, and maintaining the standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at Mackenzie Hotel.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  •  Degree in hospitality, management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and budget management skills.
  • Proficiency in handling complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Be holder of a Permanent Residency Confirmation or Open Work Permit
