JOB SUMMARY
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping department, ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are impeccably clean and well-maintained. This position involves managing the housekeeping team, developing procedures, managing budgets, and maintaining the standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at Mackenzie Hotel.
