This position involves the execution of Tim Hortons' standards around people, product, cleanliness and exceptional customer service while on shift.
Qualifications:
Previous +experience in a customer service role is an asset
Reliability and ability to work flexible hours
Strongcommunicationand interpersonalskills
Ability to adhere to policies/procedures
Able to operate effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Hospitality
Demonstrates that customer service is his/her number one priority
Makes a positive first impression: smiles, makes eye contact, maintains a positive tone
Responds to customers in a friendly manner with an appropriate sense of urgency
Suggests products, combos or sizes appropriately
Resolves customer concerns and complaints in a friendly manner
Communicates showcase needs to the baker and helps merchandise the product
Keeps the front counter/drive thru area clean, organized, stocked and ready for rush periods
Follows proper cash procedures
