Hotel Supervisor 

Summary of Role

The  Hotel Supervisor provides direct support to the Hotel Manager on all operations.  Globex Management has a culture that inspires our RITE values; Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Entrepreneurship.  Equipped with the RITE attitude the Front Office Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that We treat ‘customers’ as guests in our own homes, demonstrating a “Guest First” focused attitude, in a fast paced environment, fostering an environment where everyone is accountable for creating memorable guest experiences that drive loyalty and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.  

Impact & Influence on Guests, Associates and Business

• Coordinate, assign and review the work of hotel.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Requisition supplies and materials
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Education, Experience, and Skills

• Minimum two years’ hospitality or service industry experience 
• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality environment preferred
• Must hold valid driver’s license with no restrictions where valet is required
• Must be legal age to serve alcohol where required
