Title

Room Attendant 

Summary of Role

As a member of the Housekeeping Department the Room Attendant is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by providing the highest standard of room cleanliness and comfort.

Impact & Influence on Guests, Associates and Business

  • Constantly provide professional, friendly and engaging service to our guests, this includes attending to all guest requests and concerns.
  • Ensure assigned guest rooms are cleaned according to hotel/brand standards
  • Deliver guest room supplies
  • Ensure security of guest rooms
  • Communicate all guest room maintenance issues/concerns to Supervisor
  • Knowledge of department cleaning products; this includes complying with all safe handling procedures and wearing required PPE as necessary
  • Conduct on the job training to new associates as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Housekeeping experience an asset
