Summary of Role

The IT Support Administrator is responsible for managing and implementing many technology systems, programs, and processes used at Airline Hotels. In addition to the oversight and management of these systems, they provide IT support for associates in multiple hotels/regions. Success in this position will be achieved by someone who is knowledgeable and experienced in software implementation and troubleshooting as well as motivated to help associates achieve success in support issue resolution for maximum associate and guest satisfaction. This position will report to the Director responsible for Information Technology and will be accountable to the General Managers of the hotels in which he/she has designated responsibility.
