Position: Housekeeper

Reports to: Asst Housekeeping Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Greet all guests and fellow employees with a smile and appropriate greeting. 
  • Clean and sanitizes guest rooms and some public areas to Ramada brand standards.
  • Keep a well stocked and maintained Housekeeping cart and vacuum.
  • Duties include changing linen, vacuuming carpets, sanitizing bathroom and all desk/table surfaces.
  • Report any room deficiencies to manager and/or maintenence. 
  • Ensure all room amenities are in good working order. This includes coffee makers, telephones, lights, faucets, fridges, mini bars etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Company policies and procedures within the hotel.
