Reports to the Manager, Security & Surveillance, Assistant Security Manager or Security Supervisor on shift.

  • Enforces age / access provisions within the casino- Conducts patrols to ensure the safety of patrols and protection of assets
  • Provides the Best Customer Service in Calgary to all of our guests
  • Responds to emergencies and medical calls
  • Enforces the Trespass to Premises Act and Criminal Code
  • Liaises with the Calgary Police Service, the Calgary Fire Department, EMS and other         emergency providers
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent Security Officer experience required. Recent gaming experience within Canada or an international location preferred.
  • Candidates must be physically fit and able to perform all job duties including patrols
  • Strong communication skills as candidates must be able to verbally communicate in English and complete written reports.
  • Possess a high level of honesty and integrity, with adherence to high standards, methods, and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to communicate in English
