  • Prepare your station daily
  • Prepare your station daily
  • Assist putting orders away with FIFO
  • Attend to customers dietary needsOperating basic kitchen equipment
  • Making lists for preparing and ordering of product
  • Communicate bill times with other cooks on line 
  • Deal with complaints and remakes in a professional timely manner
  • Prepare menu items in accordance with recipes and pictures
  • Looking professional, clean, and proper uniform at all times
  • Communicate any equipment needs, repairs needed to supervisor
  • Able to work unsupervisedAble to take direction well
  • Additional responsibilities as asked by sous chef
  • Able to swing 2 6am shifts, 2 mid shifts and a float shift
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Previous cooking experience required
