We're hiring Butchers to join our team!

Job Resposnibilties:

• Assist in all butchery operations
• Ability to use sharp tools (band saw, knives, grinders, etc.) in a safe manner
• Work closely with the Butchery and Chef teams to ensure quality and standards are being acheived
• Maintain production cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training employees as required
• Maintain detailed records, assist with product ordering and inventory, and food storage is well-managed and meets all regulatory standards

Job Requirements:

• Excellent work ethic and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management 
• 3+ years butchery experience 
• Completion of Butchery diploma/degree is an asset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexible schedule required, able to work at least 30 hours per week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Ability to meet phyiscal requirements - stand for long periods, lift up to 50lbs, manual dexterity, perform repetitive movements, work in cold environments, bend, twist, kneel, etc.
