• Remove weeds.
• Rake fallen leaves and remove debris.
• Push mow lawns and boulevards.
• Trim lawns and boulevards using string trimmers.
• Clean up areas after lawn maintenance manually or using a leaf blower.
• Aerate lawns and boulevards.
• Help team leads prune overgrown limbs, leaves, shrubs, and perennials using shears, pruners or hedge trimmers.
• Spread fertilizer, plant food, mulch, and other materials around plants.
• Properly store and handle all equipment, tools, sprinklers, etc.
• Assist with cleaning of the maintenance shop and other projects.
• Sweep streets and general clean up.
• Participate in a safe work culture.
• Report safety hazards to supervisor.
• Report equipment breakdowns to mechanic and supervisor.
• Other duties that may be assigned by your team lead or supervisor.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Previous experience in landscaping a plus.
• A valid Class 5 or Class 7 driver’s license and documented driver’s abstract/record.
• High school grad or equivalent educational experience.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow direction.
• Must be customer focused.
• Must be a hard worker and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to safely operate lawn maintenance equipment.
• Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift to 40 pounds for extended periods of time.
