Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain a high level of customer service

Process customer transactions

Stock shelves

Maintain cleanliness of store

Adhere to liquor laws and BC Serving it Right regulations

Able to open and close liquor store according to set standards, policies, and procedures

Greet all customers as they enter the store and ensure they have any help that may be needed

Serve all products to standards and specifications

Provide efficient, fast, and friendly service to all patrons

Utilize product knowledge to assist patrons in their decisions

Address patron concerns in a positive and helpful manner and take prompt corrective action

Maintain patron confidentiality

Maintain excellent communication with all staff members

Adhere to and maintain company policies including Health and Safety and WHMIS

Report any unusual occurrences, damage, or theft promptly and report to the General Manager

Participate in ongoing training programs

Other duties as required
