Duties & Responsibilities:
Report to work in required uniform and in adherence with Prestige policy
Greet guests with a smile and in a warm and courteous manner
Respond to guest requests promptly
Provide courteous guest service
Perform cleaning procedures daily in guest rooms and public areas according to Prestige standards
Work as a team player
Become familiar with various room types
Handle lost and found items
Maintain security measures
Restock housekeeping carts daily with supplies
Maintain equipment
Observe and report any repairs needed
Perform other duties as required or assigned by the Supervisor or General Manager
