General Cleaning:

  • Thoroughly clean all dining areas, bars, restrooms, and kitchen spaces.
    • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and scrub floors in all areas, including dining spaces, kitchens, and storage rooms.
    • Equipment Cleaning: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including stoves, grills, ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
    • Surface Sanitization: Wipe down and sanitize tables, countertops, chairs, and other surfaces.
    • Kitchen Assistant Support: Assisting with kitchen cleanliness and dishwashing as needed.
    • Trash Removal: Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure all waste is disposed of properly.
    • Compost & Recycling: maintain proper disposal
    • Restroom Cleaning: Sanitize and restock restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
    • Inventory & Supplies: Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
    • Company vehicle: Cleaning company vehicles inside and out and insuring upkeep.
    • Compliance: Adhere to health and safety standards and ensure compliance with cleaning protocols.
    • Other Duties: Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by management in.

    Qualifications:
    Experience:
    • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or maintenance, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
    Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to perform minor repairs and basic troubleshooting for equipment.
    • Proficiency in operating and maintaining cleaning machinery.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to work overnight shifts.
    • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks that require standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

    Compliance and Safety:
    • Primarily works during late-night and early-morning hours.
    • May encounter wet or slippery floors and heavy cleaning chemicals.
